Felv pos., fiv pos., no teeth Approximate Date of Birth: 04-19-2015 Description: Arabela is 100% lap cat. She loves to cuddle. Arabela has not come across a petting she does not like. Once she trusts you she loves belly rubs. She is very mellow and content to lay with her person and she loves to sit and watch things going on around her. Arabela is slow to warm and will need a patient family with no small children Words to Describe: Strong, sweet, loving Kitty Likes: Face pets from the tip of her nose to her ears, belly rubs Kitty Prefers Not To: Nothing Fastest Way to Get Kitty to Purr: Pick me up and hold me close Favorite Place to Sleep: Cat tree or comfort bed Favorite Toys: I don't really enjoy playing and prefer to cuddle Favorite Treat: Soft smooth foods and gravies Perfect Day: I love to lay on my cat tree and watch the birds out the window. Then I will enjoy my soft food until full and content. Next i just want to cuddle with my person and rub my face against all soft surfaces. I will make biscuits for you too! Good with Cats: Likes cats given a proper introduction. Dogs: Does not care for dogs Good with Children: Can live with children over the age of 12 . Companion Animal: Requires a feline companion if left alone for long periods of time. Health information: All cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered, FeLV / FIV tested (as indicated by age), receive vaccinations appropriate for age, preventative deworming, and microchipping prior to adoption as appropriate by age. Arabela tested positive for FeLV therefore would need to be in a home with other FeLV kitties (or adopt one of the other FeLV kitties in the rescue) or he can be your one and only boy. Saving One Life will provide veterinary care throughout this feline's life. Arabela is also FIV positive which is not contagious to other cats. FIV positive cats live with FIV negative cats.
