Approximate Date of Birth: 9/16/2017 Description: Hi my name is Scampi and I am a sweet older guy that is looking for a furever place to call my own. Don't let my grumpy face fool you, I really love people and enjoy lots of attention. I have lived the last several years outside and was bullied by other kitties, so pardon me if I hiss when you first come into the room, as I scare easily, but rest assured I'm really glad to see you. I become a purr-fect boy and love making "biscuits" as soon as you start petting me. My favorite thing is to greet you with my downward dog yoga pose and be petted down my back. I love my wet food and will instantly warm up to you if you offer me it. Good with Dogs: Unknown, but optimistic (Animal has not met any dogs.) Good with Children: Can live with children over the age of 12. Companion Animal: Not necessary. Health information: All cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered, FeLV / FIV tested (as indicated by age), receive vaccinations appropriate for age, preventative deworming, and microchipping prior to adoption as appropriate by age.
