Meet Alexis! Alexis is an approximately six-months-old female Tabby who was brought to rescue from an outdoor feral colony. A trap/alter/release group had Alexis spayed and realized she was friendlier than the average feral, and would like a chance at a forever family. Alexis is shy at first and will "warn" you with a half-hearted hiss. Go slow (and ignore the hiss haha) and Alexis actually enjoys her head pet, and will close her eyes and start to fall asleep while she's being pet. Alexis will do best with a patient, cat-experienced home that will allow her to blossom on her own time and terms. Alexis LOVES kitty yogurt (like Churu) and that is definitely the way to her heart. She has started coming out of hiding more, to see what we are up to, and recently started feeling comfortable enough to play with the feather toy.
