Meet lovely little Lois, a cat of mysterious origins. Sheâs a gorgeous pastel silver tabby girl whoâs about four years old. Her ear is tipped like a feral's, but she is very much a tame cat. She appeared one day in a kind family's yard and was brought here, where we discovered her rear left leg had nerve damage. After realizing she was completely unable to use the leg, we made the decision to amputate so she can continue living her hoppy, healthy life. Despite the challenges she faced, Lois remains an incredibly sweet and trusting cat. Her purr motor starts up as soon as she sees you, and sheâs always ready for a cozy cuddle session or a peaceful nap in a sunbeam. Lois is still surprisingly agile and she loves to play and explore, her cheerful spirit shining through. While Lois's leg condition may require some adjustments, sheâs a resilient cat, seemingly unaware of the journey sheâs taken. Lois would be the perfect companion for someone who understands the quiet joy of simply being present with a pet. Sheâs not the type to demand a lot of excitement or activityâwhat she craves is a calm, loving environment where she can feel secure and enjoy life at her own pace. We will continue to help Lois through the associated recovery; however, we will NOT foot the bill for a pet psychic. Lois may never reveal all the secrets of her past, but one thingâs for sure: her future is full of potential. Will you be a part of her story going forward?
