Hi! My name is Clover! I was rescued with my sisters and our mama in Tracy, CA. My sisters and I weren’t even born yet when my mama ended up at the Tracy shelter. She was living with humans in an RV when the RV was impounded and the RV owner was arrested. A week later at the tow yard the staff kept hearing meows coming from the RV. That’s where my mama was! She was pregnant and ready to give birth. She went to the shelter for a short time until the organization Friends of the Tracy Animal Shelter stepped in to help and placed her in a safe foster home. Unfortunately, when my mama finished her mama duties, the shelter didn’t have space for any of us and weren’t able to help us find homes. But that’s okay because Give Me Shelter offered to help… yay! I initially come across as being shy but really I’m a spunky, observant, somewhat independent, and adoring mini panther. Some of my favorite things are sunbathing, looking out the window, lounging on the cat tree, and being adored by humans. While I do enjoy my personal space, I also enjoy human interaction. I’ll happily rub on your legs, visit you in the bathroom and at other not so convenient times, meow a sweet meow when I want some love, and observe you while you’re going about doing human things. I love humans and receiving pets from them. I get so excited when I’m receiving pets that it’s sometimes hard for me to sit still. I’ll headbutt your hands to keep the pets coming and will squirm around to make sure every part of me receives pets… hehe!! I also enjoy the company of furiends and it would be great to have one in my new home to play with and keep me company. I have happily lived with other cats, and dogs too!
