Description:
Meet Munchkin! This kitty came into the Shelter after being found as a stray with some medical needs. Munchkin had a rectal prolapse and has gotten surgery and follow up treatment to address it. After a period of observation and treatment in our clinic, Munchkin is ready to meet an adoptive family. This white and black cutie is an adolescent that has endured a lot in her short life. She is looking for an adoptive home to go into and get all the love and positive experiences she deserves. Due to her medical needs, any potential adopter would be required to have a consultation with our veterinary staff. We do not have any history of Munchkin around dogs, cats, or children. Please note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
