Meet Sully, the tabby boy! Sully came into the Shelter after a good Samaritan had seen him in their neighborhood and was concerned he was injured. Sully had been observed limping. Sully has been under observation by our clinic staff and, after observing improvement with conservative management, Sully is ready to find his adoptive family. We do not have much history about Sully in an indoor home prior to coming to the Shelter but he is pretty fond of the comfy beds and TLC he has been receiving. An indoor only home is recommended for Sully to keep him safe and prevent another incident of injury. A home with other animals may be a fit provided there is a slow, thoughtful introduction. Please note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
