Meet Wisp!-8 month old dilute calico female cat-Came into the Shelter as a stray so we do not know much about her life before the Shelter-Observed to be fearful when she first arrived at the Shelter but upon further interaction â enjoyed being pet all over and would purr and lean in during interactions with staff-May do well in a home with a cat savvy adopter that will give her the time and patience to blossom-May be able to live with other animals after a slow, thoughtful introduction-Indoor/outdoor access may be appropriate after acclimation to the new homeNow through December 17th, BISSELL Pet Foundations is sponsoring reduced adoption fees and we are participating! Adoption fees for all cats and dogs are reduced to $50.Please note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
