Description:
Please contact Cat Support ([email protected]) for more information about this pet.Available for foster-to-adoptLondon (DOB: 3.10.23) London is the most beautiful, softest kitty! This sweet girl was rescued from living under a freeway overpass. She showed signs of wanting to live a better life with humans so we brought her into foster care and she has been loving the spoiled, indoor only life! London is brave and loves to be pet! Once she bonds to you she will rub against your legs showing her love for you. She is still a little bit hand shy and still sometimes shys away from a hand coming at her but then quickly remembers that we give nothing but good things and comes back for more. We’ve learned she’s more hand shy when reached forward her face but doesn’t shy away from any butt scratches! Once comfortable with you she will allow you to pick her up and place her in your lap for some loving scratches. She definitely still has her kitten demeanor and loves to play with all toys! She also ADORES all other cats! Of course, you want to make sure you always introduce kitties slowly and properly but so far she hasn’t met a cat she doesn’t love! She has not been introduced to dogs yet but we suspect because she’s so fond of kitties she would likely do well being slowly introduced to a calm, cat friendly dog. We don’t think she would be happiest in a home with young children. A calmer household with adults only or older children who know how to be calm with her suites her best. London will likely take a little bit of extra time to fully get comfortable around her new person before she fully trusts but you’ll learn that with lots of attention and love she wants nothing but to give and receive love! Bunny (DOB 7.14.23) Bunny gets her name because she is literally as soft as a bunny! Rescued from living under a freeway she is very sweet but is also still learning to fully trust. She is very hand shy and will be very shy at first until she bonds with you. She will take an extended amount of time to adjust to a new household but once she gets comfortable and bonds with you she LOVES pets and we do believe she could turn into a lap cat if with the right person.. She naturally has a shy demeanor but offer her her daily wet food and give her treats and you’ll earn her trust. Once she knows her daily routine of wet food and treats and she has fully bonded to you she will rub in between your legs with happiness. She does great with other kitties with slow and proper introduction. She has not been introduced to dogs yet but any dog in her adopted home should only be an already cat friendly dog with a calm demeanor that wont be in her face all the time. She would not do well with a very active dog that is always wanting to play or chase. Because of Bunnys timidness she needs a calm household with no young children. Typical Tortie behavior with “Tortie-tude“ she can sometimes get mouthy (never breaking skin) when over stimulated but discontinuing pets when she gets like this should train her over time. We would love her to be adopted with people who have had torties in the past. Her heart is as soft as her fur, she just needs a little bit of extra time to adjust to her new home and we promise you’ll fall in love with her. She has been waiting for someone to give her that chance she deserves for so long now. Over the last several months Bunny has strongly bonded to her foster sibling London and we would love for them to be adopted together. London has more confidence than Bunny and helps her come out of her shell more. They were also rescued from the same freeway overpass and although they aren’t related they truly adore each other! They love to play with each other and with cat toys. When it’s time for their nightly wet food or they are just happy to see you they will walk side by side leaning against each other rubbing all over each other. It is the sweetest thing! An adult only home that’s calm and offer exceptional, understanding love is what these two beautiful girls are looking for. They are currently only available for adoption “foster to adopt” as London was found to have been born with a small hole in her palate and we are still in the process of having that surgically corrected. Foster to adopt means you want to adopt but while she is finishing her treatment Cat Support Network will be the one to pay for all medical expenses. Once her palate defect is corrected the official adoption can be finalized If you would like to meet this kitty please fill out an online adoption application by clicking here or going to our website at www.catsupport.net.
