Description:
Please meet bonded mom Nutmeg and her son Sage! Nutmeg and Sage are a family. Mom Nutmeg (on the right) was born about January 2024. Nutmeg was a kitten herself when she became a mom at about 6 months of age. She is a very sweet, affectionate lady that always wants to be next to her person. She loves gentle pets and never tires of them. When she is not next to her foster mom purring, she is having long cuddling and grooming sessions with her baby Sage. Sage (on the left) was born around June 2024 and is Nutmeg's only baby. He is a little cautious but is learning from his mom how to be social and outgoing. He know nothing more than being close to her and doesn't know life without her. Sage's favorite activities are: grooming his mom, head bumps, body slams, chases and tumbles, cuddling and sleeping with his mom. Their foster mom says, "It’s my pleasure to foster mommy and baby. They are very easy, well behaved cats. They have not been around other pets yet and no young children in this house. Mama is a little wary when being picked up and put back down, but all she does is try to wiggle out." Nutmeg and Sage are both gray tabbies with white.
