Casper is a charming 1-2-year-old male cat with a beautiful white coat. Unfortunately, his previous owners had to move to a place with strict pet limits, and we took him in. Casper is a friendly and vocal kitty who loves attention. He is also deaf and requires extra care as he can get startled easily. Therefore, we consider him a special needs adoption. Rest assured, Casper is otherwise in excellent health. Good with dogs and cats, if not too many. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
