Chirpa recently came to ARC because her guardian could no longer care for her. The adjustment to ARC has not been easy for Chirpa. The first few days she spent her time in the interior part of her house. Just recently she has been coming out on the screened area and is welcoming gentle petting from staff, volunteers, and even strangers.
