Description:
Phoebe came to ARC because of her guardian’s failing health and inability to care for Phoebe any longer. Phoebe is still adjusting to not being in her forever home with all her familiar surroundings, but she is beginning to come around nicely. She is still a little shy, but good with people and has lots of love to offer. Although she currently lives in the Casa Luis cottage with other FIV+ cats, she would do best as the only cat in her forever home. FOSTERED
