Description:
Kenny is a sweet almost 6 year old kitty with Diabetes Insipidus. This condition causes extreme thirst and excessive urination, but his symptoms are managed through twice daily medication (via eye drops). He was adopted as a young kitten and had a loving home, but changes in the home environment became a little too chaotic and stressed him out. His family struggled to manage his health and stress, so they surrendered him back to the rescue.Kenny is shy and will need a patient adopter who will allow him time to settle in and feel comfortable. He does well with other friendly cats and is affectionate once he settles in. Adoption fee includes well exam, De-Worming, Flea Treatment, Spay/Neuter, age appropriate vaccines, and FIV/FelV testing.
