A SWEET KITTY: Approx. 7.5 years old / Approx. 16 lbs. Hello, I’m Flapjack! I was adopted from Mostly Mutts several years ago as a kitten, along with my sibling Biscuit. Unfortunately, our family situation changed, and we are now back with Mostly Mutts. My sibling was recently adopted, and I hope to meet my new family soon, too! • OTHER CATS/DOGS/KIDS: I lived with my sibling for the last seven years, and we were good friends. I’m now getting acquainted with a new kitty roommate in the Kitty Aquarium at the shelter, so I may enjoy another kitty in my new home. / My previous owner said I liked some dogs I had met. It likely will depend on the dog, but if you have a kitty-friendly doggie at home, let’s have a careful introduction and see if we can be pals. / I liked the kids in my former foster home (ages 4-16) and enjoyed the attention I got from them. Gentle kids in my new home may be nice, so let’s meet! • PERSONALITY INFORMATION: I had a home for seven year, so I was understandable shy when I first arrived in my former foster home. It took me a little while to come out of my shell when I moved back to the shelter, but after patience from my former foster and shelter volunteers, I now readily accept petting and will purr with appreciation. I’m a sweet and loving kitty who is ready to bring lots of joy to my new home. • SKILLS/LITTER TRAINED STATUS: I keep my area clean, as I am litter trained. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I now like to approach people for petting and will rub against you and purr to get your attention for some love. I will settle into a loving home, so give me a bit of time to adjust, and I will reward you with lots of kitty love. / I can’t think of any dislikes since I am a kitten, but I would not be happy if I did not get the love and attention all kitties deserve! • MEDICAL: I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, combo tested negative and neutered. I am looking for a great family to give me a loving home! My adoption fee is $175.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
