A SWEET & SOCIAL KITTEN: Approx. 6 months old / Approx. 5 lbs. & growing Hello, I’m Rex! I came to Mostly Mutts as a single kitten in need of a good home and was adopted a few months ago. Unfortunately, the current apartment where my previous owner lives doesn’t allow kitties, so I came back to Mostly Mutts looking for my furever family. Then, a brief adoption was cut short, as the child in the home was allergic to me. I am now the newest resident in the Kitty Room at the shelter. If you are looking for a new family member to love – come meet me soon! • OTHER CATS/DOGS/KIDS: I’m currently making friends with the other kittens in the shelter’s Kitty Room, so I may enjoy another kitty in my home. If you have a nice kitty at home already, let’s meet! / I did very well with the dogs in my former foster home when I was last with Mostly Mutts. It likely will depend on the dog, but if you have kitty-friendly doggie at home, let’s meet and see if we can be pals. / I’ve done well with kids I have met in the past. Children in my new home may be nice, since I am a playful kitten, but best they are gentle and know how to handle a kitten, and – of course, let’s meet! • PERSONALITY INFORMATION: I am a sweet and cuddly guy – ready to love and be loved. My former foster said I am ‘a social, sweet and happy kitten’ who ‘loves everybody’. I actually exhibit dog-like qualities, in that I want to follow people around and interact with them by playing with toys … similar to my canine friends. Though only there briefly, my most recent family enjoyed my kitten playfulness – and I bet you will, too. I’m affectionate and put lots of kitty effort into climbing up to be as near my people as possible. I’ll bring lots of smiles to your face with my kitty antics! • SKILLS/LITTER TRAINED STATUS: I keep my area clean, as I am litter trained. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I adore people and really want to be part of the family – always where things are going on. Super affectionate, I love to give sweet kitty kisses. I also enjoy a comfy spot (blanket, pillow, your lap) to ‘make biscuits’ – cute! Soft toys that I can bat around make me a happy guy, too. / I can’t think of any dislikes, but I would not be happy if I did not get the love and attention all kitties deserve! • MEDICAL: I’m up to date on my kitten shots, neutered and microchipped. I am looking for a great family to give me a loving furever home! My adoption fee is $175.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
