As we held her for surgery recovery, we realized she was too friendly to go back outside, and she had a chance at being a pet. She can be slow to warm up because she had such a rough start to life, but when you spend time with her and offer gentle attention, she responds well. Cats like this often form the deepest bonds with their owners because they have built a true foundation of trust and unconditional love that they have never known before.
