Male Cat, Domestic Long Hair

Domestic Long Hair (Long Coat)

Description:

If you're working for home or just playing it safe by practicing social distancing, now is a perfect time to bring a new furry family member into the fold. Email us any questions about any cats we have and we will be happy to provide any additional information you may need. If you are approved for adoption, we are now doing curbside adoptions in order to minimize contact. Francisco is estimated to be a little over two years. He got into a trap during a TNR project where he was living near a vacant barn and house. He showed us he was sweet and we had room to rescue him! He's a bit shy at first but once he’s comfortable he just can’t get enough love! Even when he’s adjusting to a new setting he will quietly lay in a lap and purr without trying to escape. He would do best in a quieter home with someone who will give him a safe place to adjust and patience. He seems to really fancy other feline friends and would do good in a home with another feline friend. Adopt him today! Approved applications will be contacted within 48 hours. All of our cats have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, microchipped, and tested for FIV/FeLV. Our adoption fee structure is as follows: $75 - Kittens/Young (Up to 1 year) $50 - Adult (1 Year +) $25 - Senior (7 Years +) $0 - FIV + There is an additional $25 fee for cats considered to be an "Exotic" (Siamese, Persian, etc...) If you are a senior (65 years or older) you can adopt any of our senior cats (7 years or older) for only $10! Please mention this special when applying. We also have a kitten special - adopt 2 available kittens (1 year & under) for $125 While we try to keep our animal listings up-to-date online, sometimes the age range may be labelled incorrectly. Please don't hesitate to contact us for the most up-to-date information on a particular cat. Our cats are shown by appointment - we are a foster based rescue and so we don't have a location with set hours. If you are interested in adopting or would like to meet our cats, please fill out our adoption application online at www.safehousepets.org/info/adoption and a volunteer will contact you promptly.
