Male Cat, Domestic Short Hair
Domestic Short Hair (Long Coat)
Description:
If you're working for home or just playing it safe by practicing social distancing, now is a perfect time to bring a new furry family member into the fold. Email us any questions about any cats we have and we will be happy to provide any additional information you may need. If you are approved for adoption, we are now doing curbside adoptions in order to minimize contact.Magic is about 2 years old as of November, 2024. He was found in an abandoned trailer court and obviously he had been abandoned too. He was in poor condition and in need of medical attention. That attention has take time and we are so happy that he can opened up for adoption and excited about placement in a FOREVER home. He's a beautiful boy, super sweet and gets along well with other cats. His past has left a scar on him and he has been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome of his gi system. While that may sound "scary" it is not and he is expected to live a full life yet he does require oral medications (which he accepts like a champ!) and a z/d prescription diet. He only eats 1/2 cup of his z/d dry food a day; 1/4 cup two times a day and his oral medications are administered once every 3 days and all symptoms have subsided! It costs $2.63 per day to feed/care for Magic and that includes his annual wellness and blood test. https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/inflammatory-bowel-disease-in-cats Magic has been in rescue since May and so deserving of a home to love and care for him forever. He will make a great addition to any home that can promise to love and care for him FOREVER. He's very handsome on top of all that! Adopt him today. Approved applications will be contacted within 48 hours. All of our cats have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, microchipped, and tested for FIV/FeLV.
