Cici is a large girl with quite a character. She is the boss understand? If you do something she doesn't approve of she will his. If you continue she will hiss again but don't be surprised by the paw action afterward. Cici decides with who and when she will talk or maybe cuddle with and that is the end of the conversation. Cici is timid around people. With us just placing a cat in an unknown situation quite a few cats get super anxious and decide to hide and observe the new place and family from relative safety. To help the cat accept you and develop a loving bond, you would need to put in some effort, loving care, and patience. We think that Cici will adjust in 6 to 9 weeks. You would need to keep him in one small room (preferably your bedroom) and spend time just sitting, talking or even singing to her.
