Female Cat, Domestic Short Hair
Domestic Short Hair (Short Coat)
Description:
Please contact JoMa for more information about this pet. Thanks for your interest in a pet from A.R.F.! If you see a pet here, they are still available for adoption and you should apply through our adoption application on our website at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ Loveland is an extremely shy, dainty, beautiful gray-and-white girl with striking eyes that came to A.R.F. from a home with way too many cats and very little human interaction. She has been in a foster home since April 2024 with her friend, Cleveland, who came from the same situation. Loveland has come a long way in becoming socialized to humans and is ready for her forever home. Loveland loves playing with a wand toy, laser pointer, and any ball she can bat around. Loveland adores Churu treats and catnip. She gets so excited by catnip that she does somersaults as she plays with toys sprinkled with catnip! Loveland will need to go to a home with experienced cat people who will be patient with her as she continues to learn to trust people and feel comfortable being pet. She must go to a home with at least one other cat as she needs the company of other cats to feel safe. If you have room for two cats, Cleveland will make a great companion as they get along splendidly. Loveland is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed and litter box trained. Loveland's adoption fee is $135. If you are interested in meeting Loveland, please fill out our Online Application today! Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting. Thank you for considering a rescue pet from A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation! We are based in Wheaton, IL and conduct adoption events in the DuPage County area. If you are interested in adopting one of our pets, please submit an adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ Adoption appointments are scheduled based on the order of applications received, so submit your application early! Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions or schedule meetings until your application has been approved. More information about our adoption process can be found on our website here: https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/ As an all-volunteer, foster home-based organization, A.R.F. Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals. Please visit https://www.arf-il.org/events/ for a list of our upcoming adoption events. Thank you for choosing to adopt, not shop!
