Hello friends and felines, my name is Valerie and I am 3 years old! I have been at the shelter for over 60 days. I was found in rough shape in the grocery cart storage area of Meijer’s supermarket. I was nursed back to health by my caretakers at AWL and now am the sweetest cat around. I have been diagnosed with FELV; which means I will have to be in a home with other FELV positive cats or in a home where I am the only cat. Though life has thrown so many obstacles in my way I have not let it get to me, if anything it’s made me sweeter.
