Kendall was rescued from the streets. She is friendly and food motivated. She is a quiet gal who doesn't mind being by herself. She would make a great laidback companion. She is good with other cats. Interested in adopting a kitty?!The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an adoption application, which is located on our website at: www.rescueandadopt.org/adopt. Please remember to include:1) Your $15 adoption deposit, which will be subtracted from the adoption fee, if you are approved to adopt.2) Vet records for any current cats or dogs in the home. For cats, we require that they are up to date on their rabies and FVRCP vaccines and seen for an annual wellness exam. For dogs, we require that they are up to date on their rabies vaccine and seen for an annual wellness exam. 3) Permission from your landlord if you rent from a private landlord. We can verify pet policies at apartment complexes. 4) Proof of home ownership if you do NOT live in Maryland. Adoption fees: $150 for kittens and cats under 5 years old. $125 for cats 5 years old and over. We do offer a 15% discount for adopting 2 ADULT cats (over 1 year old) at once, and for certain professions -- first responders, teachers and active or former members of the military. Please make sure you understand our adoption fee and process. Our Adoption fees are as follows: $100 per each cat or kitten. Each cat or kitten will be up to date on all shots & vetting, and if over 6 months of age will be spayed/neutered before being taken home. For two cats or kittens the adoption fee is a reduced cost of $185. A pet carrier is mandatory for transporting any animal, if you do not have one you may purchase a vet approved cat/kitten carrier from us for $20. Adoption fees are required at the time of adoption and are non-negotiable and non-refundable. We will need you to fill out the Adoption Application and submit it, prior to setting a date and time to visit.
