Description:
Meet Bootsie! This sweet, laid-back lady loves to be pampered with pets, but sheâs also content to hang out in her own world and enjoy some peace and quiet. Bootsie is an affectionate older cat who is simply thankful for love and companionship. She may not be the most active, but sheâs full of heart and just wants a calm, loving home to call her own. If youâre looking for a gentle and easy-going companion who will appreciate your love, Bootsie could be the perfect fit. Come meet her today and let her show you the joy of simple, sweet companionship! Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 822. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday. Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 21 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
