MEET WILBUR!*Needs a cat friend!An instant fan favorite with his super soft fur and gentle personality, Wilbur is also currently leading the shelter population competition in blanket burrowing! Wilbur is almost always in or under something in our Dedham Colony Room - he seems to prefer a big, soft blanket to snuggle into, often worming his way into multiple layers. Our staff and volunteers have been working with Wilbur on building his confidence and he's making progress, but his adopters should be prepared to continue this work in his forever home. Wilbur also derives confidence from other friendly, social cats, so we are requiring him to go home to another cat. Although he's elusive, if we spend quiet, patient time with Wilbur his true personality is on display - and he's a sweetheart! In short, Wilbur is worth the extra effort! Come meet this special peanut and see if will burrow his way into your arms and heart.Wilbur is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team.For more information on Wilbur or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170.
