Description:

To adopt this cat from Black Cat Rescue, please fill out a profile https://blackcatrescue.com/adopt-cat-boston Look how far I've come! Look how far I’ve come! Ramona is a sweet mama who was found abandoned outdoors and in labor while in respiratory distress. A true fighter, Ramona persevered to raise beautiful, healthy kittens who quickly found permanent homes. Now Ramona is patiently waiting for her furr-ever family to provide a caring lifelong home! A playful, energetic, curious gal, Ramona doesn’t let needing an inhaler twice a day slow her down. In her current foster home, Ramona enjoys being around her foster humans especially at nighttime and will cook you up her famous “4-wheel drive biscuits” as you head off to dreamland. If you are looking for a snuggle bug at bedtime or a loyal co-worker while you’re working from home, Ramona is the kitty for you! She’s ready with morning wake-up kisses, but in turn make sure you give her plenty of head scratches and Churu treats. Ramona loves to play, nap, and give plenty of attention to her people! After surviving a tough life on the streets, Ramona developed chronic rhinitis which produces more nasal mucus than your average cat and is managed by an inhaler (which she has gotten accustomed to!) She may be a little sneezy, but will you really let a little snot stand between you and your new best friend? Ramona loves to use a cardboard scratching pad and has perfect litter box habits. She eats Redford Naturals wet and grain free dry food, but doesn’t seem picky! Ramona prefers a water fountain, but a water bowl works too. Churu treats are her favorite, especially right out of the tube. She is not interested in people food (besides the occasional canned tuna). While she doesn’t *love* it, she will let you trim her nails. She is not shy, but may need space around younger children. Ramona is super chill at the vet! Ramona’s foster humans have described her as the most perfect, sweetest cat they’ve ever met. Ramona’s chronic rhinitis is manageable and doesn’t stop her from living her best life!  Ramona is estimated to be around 5 years old and her adoption donation is waived!
