dob 10/6/24 The homeowners thought they had a squirrel in their garage, but they saw on camera that it was really Toby, hiding in a warm garage in the car engine. We trapped him and tipped his ear, assuming that because he was so fearful and aggressive, he couldn't be socialized enough at his age to be a house pet. But Toby proved everyone wrong. After some adjustment in his TC Paw foster home, he became increasingly comfortable with touch, and now Toby is the life of the party! He seeks out interaction with people, rolls for belly rubs, and pokes you with his paw for attention. He loves to snuggle into your shoulder. He has a beautiful swirled tabby coat and the funniest playful personality. Toby does like to lick and then "love bite." It's not at all aggressive, but he may not be ideal for small children. He'll need people who understand not to play with him with their hands and who can help him learn that not everyone likes love bites. He's a fun guy who'll be great in a home with an active cat buddy and lots of attention.
