Penny is a sweet but very timid one-year-old tabby. She’s not your typical older kitten. She’s been through a lot and has changed dramatically in the three weeks she has been with her foster family. Her deep golden round eyes look at you sweetly but are on guard… unless she’s warmed up to you … She decides. Penny is quite remarkable. She was rescued after escaping from a cage that was left with a note and all her supplies. She was brought to a her foster home where she was allowed to decompress, and after three days, a new Penny emerged. She has shown to be very agitated by other cats, but recently she seems almost curious. She is not spayed. At this time she would be a cat who needs to take control of human introductions, but she is not a threat. She just needs to lead. She is fully litter trained, eats and drinks enough and is a healthy, lean cat. She does adore her human foster sister: giving kisses, purrs and sleeps against her through the night.
