Ethel is an approximately 1 year old, 7lb beautiful medium to long hair black with red highlights, spay female cat. August 2024 Ethel was found outside in a St. Louis County neighborhood, she was TNR'd. A month later she was "exhibiting very risky behavior" in the same neighborhood. Ethel spent quite a bit of time laying on sidewalks near a busy street and crossing the street. A good Samaritan in the neighborhood did not want to see Ethel get hurt and brought her inside her home. Ethel is enjoying her much safer inside foster home. She is doing well with several other cats and 2 spunky but cat friendly medium size pit mix dogs. Ethel is a sweetheart and is looking for a permanent home with at least 1 other balanced cat.
