Spunky - Male DOB 3/17/2018 Domestic Short Hair Grey Tabby Looking for double the love? Six-year-old bonded brothers Kongo and Spunky are the perfect pair for anyone seeking sweet, affectionate companions. These handsome gray tabbies were adopted as kittens and recently returned to us when changes in their previous environment caused them stress. Since returning to the rescue, they’ve adjusted beautifully and haven’t had any issues. Kongo and Spunky are laid-back and love nothing more than receiving pets and attention, being brushed, and lounging in sunny spots where they can birdwatch to their hearts’ content. While their previous diet left them a little on the heavier side, they’re eager to get started on a healthy diet and exercise regimen. (Don’t worry, their current weight doesn’t stop them from hopping up onto furniture or exploring their surroundings!) They’ll thrive in a home with sturdy cat trees, cozy beds, and plenty of love. Because of their past experiences, Kongo and Spunky would do best in a calm environment where they can be the only pets. They’ll also need a household without small children, though older, respectful kids would be just fine. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to these affectionate brothers, Kongo and Spunky can’t wait to meet you.
