Female Cat, Domestic Short Hair

Domestic Short Hair

Description:

Meet Barley, she can be a bit reserved around strangers, but warms up pretty quickly and lets her affectionate nature show. Before you know it, her little paws will jump onto your lap and she’ll want to be pet and cuddled. Barley is a sweet kitten who loves to play with her littermates, feather toys and her squeaky mouse toy. Barley is being fostered with her littermates, Juniper and Rye. Barley is positive for FeLV (feline leukemia virus) which means she can only cohabitate with other FeLV+ kitties. FeLV is species- specific and only contagious to other cats; it is not contagious to humans, dogs, or other non-cat animals. Barley is good with other cats; she has not been around children or dogs. You are welcome to visit Barley or her siblings in my home where they are being fostered, I live in Saylorsburg, PA.---To meet any of our cats please fill out our adoption application to be approved. Our application can be found under the "Adopt" menu on our website: www.felineurbanrescueandrehab.org. ---FURR is a 100% volunteer organization. Every penny donated goes to paying our vet bills, caring for our cats, and TNR. FURR is a 501(c)3 organization so donations are tax deductible.
