Description:
HISTORY: Injured stray BUBAN was rescued from a Santa Fe backyard where he'd found a kind person willing to feed him. When it became clear that he needed immediate medical attention, BUBAN was trapped and brought to F&F for surgery and rehab. TEMPERAMENT: Before rescue, BUBAN had made himself comfortable in his rescuer's backyard. At some point, he suffered a serious neck wound which bled profusely. Although in pain, he was calm when trapped. He recovered at F&F and spent a few weeks in a foster home. While BUBAN seems happy to trade life on the streets for a safe indoor home, he can get overstimulated or startled and has bitten to say "no thanks." He will likely require a very patient adopter willing to let him adjust at his own pace, as an only pet.
