HISTORY: TIPPY and FRANCIS were rescued from a dumpster in Las Vegas, NM, and brought to F&F for medical treatment, socialization, and adoption. TEMPERAMENT: TIPPY and FRANCIS have spent time in foster care, but can still be shy with strangers. Black kitty FRANCIS can be a bit of a scaredy cat, relying on TIPPY for comfort. They enjoy each other's company and may do well adopted together. They will need a patient adopter willing to give them time to become comfortable and trust.
