HISTORY: SOULAY and her littermates CALIENTE, LYLA and MONTEGO were rescued in the Glorieta area. SOULAY was subsequently adopted by her rescuer on 4/30/11. However, due to relocating out of state, the adopter has returned SOULAY to F&F. TEMPERAMENT: SOULAY is used to living with a mellow dog and also gets along with other cats. SOULAY is a beautiful girl with a short dilute tortoiseshell coat. AGE: born approx. 4/12/09 MICROCHIP #: 042*512*102 DATE OF STERILIZATION: 7/2/09, SFAS VAX RECORD: FVRCP expires: waived due to age; Rabies expires: 8/3/24 FELV/FIV test: 7/2/09; neg ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: SOULAY had a wellness exam on 8/3/21 including a senior blood panel which was normal for her age.
