TEMPERAMENT: TIPPY and FRANCIS have spent time in foster care, but can still be shy with strangers. Brown and white tabby TIPPY is the more confident of the pair. They enjoy each other's company and may do well adopted together. They will need a patient adopter willing to give them time to become comfortable and trust.
