Female Cat, Domestic Short Hair
Domestic Short Hair (Short Coat)
Description:
Lily is a female Black and White DSH. Lily is four months old now. When she was younger, she was painfully shy. She has been in training for a few weeks and has really come out of her shell. She has learned to get along with other cats, loves being picked up and cuddled, comes when she’s called (especially when there is food involved). She is playful and smart. She is still a little shy in new situations and with new people. She would like a semi-quiet home with at least one other friendly cat she can play with. She’ll need a slow careful introduction to her new home and new people, but once she feels comfortable, she’ll be your friend for life. The kitten is currently in foster care. At the time of adoption, the kitten will be at least 3 months old, up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered. If you are interested in more information, please email us at [email protected]. They are not at the Shelter - please do not call the Shelter. Here is the adoption process: To adopt an animal you must complete an application and be approved. There is a $60 fee for any animal which needs to be cash or a check - NO CREDIT CARDS. If the animal is not spayed or neutered, there is a $35 deposit which will be returned upon proof of surgery. All dogs must be licensed before leaving the Shelter. Please note that public offices that issue dog licenses are not open on Saturdays and Sundays. All cats must leave in a carrier. Thank you for considering a homeless animal.
