Description:

*Name: Thyme (Bonded with Basil, both must be adopted together)*Age: Approximately 1 year old*Rescued from: NYACC - (Currently located in a CT foster home)*Adoption fee: $250 *Health: Up to date on vaccines, spayed, & microchipped*Adoption requirements: Adopter must be 25 or older*Meet Thyme and Basil! These two cats are a dynamic duo, and complement each other in the best way! Thyme is curious and playful and is always watching what is going on around her. Thyme and her sister love to bat play balls around the home, and play with toy wands. Thyme is the curious sibling and loves to watch what is going on around her. This sweet girl is often found hiding out around the home waiting for the perfect moment to run up to you for some playtime. She is also the cuddly sibling, and loves to curl up next to you while you are relaxing. A home with a big window would be perfect for these two! These two girls love to spy out the windows to see what is going on around them. These two girls did not have the best start in life and due to this they are bonded. (The two must be adopted together, applications for only one of the sisters will not be considered). You will not regret bringing home these two sweet girls!IMPORTANT: This cat/kitten has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this cat/kitten altered within 6 months of adoption. The $150 deposit will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled. To apply to adopt, fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/FAQs -- PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE EMAILINGAll adoption fees are non-refundablePlease note that SNARR NE is a volunteer-based organization. While our volunteers will try to respond to you as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you review the below information about our adoption process before emailing:LISTED BREED(S) & AGE: We are taking our best guess on age, breed, and size when fully grown, based on the kitten/ cat’s physical appearance and what we might have learned about one or both parents depending on the situation. *NOTE* We rarely know a cat’s exact age, nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of cats as our information is limited most of the time. Because we often do not have access to medical records at the time that we are listing for cats for adoption, there are sometimes discrepancies between what is posted on their profile and what might be listed on a dog's medical records.SNARR'S ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting or meeting a SNARR kitten/cat is to fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/. Once we receive your application, one of our adoption application processors will contact you, review our adoption process with you, and answer any additional questions you may have. **We do not go on a first-come-first-serve basis for adoptions, but on best fit for a family and most importantly the kitten/cat. **MEETING ADOPTABLE CATS: Meet and greets will not be scheduled until after your adoption application has been fully processed and approved by one of our adoption processors.APPLYING ONLINE: If you fill out an online application, please do so from a computer (not a mobile device), make sure you answer ALL the questions in as much detail as possible, and that you receive aconfirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, that means we did NOT receive your application.
