Description:
Sadie (or Sassy Sadie as we like to call her) has blossomed in her time on the second floor. Sadie was rescued from a hoarding situation and needs patience when transitioning spaces. She was initially timid, hiding in the cubbies, but then she discovered that she is a boss! She doesn’t have to be afraid of the other cats, they should be afraid of her! Sadie loves to give our other second floor cats a little bop if they get her way. While she’s not the biggest fan of other cats, she loves adult humans. Rubbing up against new people she meets and insisting on attention. She’s as sweet as pie when she’s getting what she wants. Like any cat, Sadie does have her boundaries and lets you know when she’s had enough. Sadie is a big fan of comfy beds, snoozing in the sun, and silvervine. She’s looking for a home where she can be alone or with another cat that won’t bother her. This cat can be adopted with a friend or as a single cat. Sadie was rescued with dental issues and had surgery. In lieu of an adoption fee, we would be thrilled for a potential adopter to provide a larger adoption donation and/or assistance crowdsourcing funds towards their necessary vet bills if possible.
