Domestic Short Hair (Short Coat)
Description:
Please contact the Cat Team ([email protected]) for more information about this pet.DOB: 07/29/24 Garnet is a very beautiful young tortoiseshell kitty with an adorably owlish look. Since coming out of the foster room a few weeks ago and having free roam of the house, Garnet has opened up to her humans a lot. She still may be skittish at times and will likely need some patience in a new environment with new people, but she's silly, vocal, playful, and cuddly! She loves her wet food (especially salmon flavored) and mini foam basketballs which she chases all over the house. Because of her still timid nature, she would do best in a quiet home with adults (teens would be okay too - she loves the 14-year-old in her foster home the most). She would be a fantastic apartment kitty, since it would be less space for her to grow accustomed to. Garnet does well with the resident adult cats and would really love it if they liked her more. If you have the right home for Garnet, apply to adopt her today! This cat has been combo-tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, received all age-appropriate vaccinations and is altered.
