Male Cat, Domestic Short Hair
Domestic Short Hair (Short Coat)
Description:
Chowder, a male shorthair tabby kitten, is a part of our litter called The Soup Babies. He was born July 2024, and was rescued along with his littermates. Chowder has started his FVRCP kitten vaccination series, and will be neutered, microchipped and receive his rabies vaccine this fall. My Likes: Escaping the kitten room every time my foster mom opens the door to explore the Big House and hang with the Big Kitties. Being orange, using my voice to get pets, food and love. Climbing to the tippy top of my kitten tower, napping on my window perch in the sun, and playing with my sister, foster mom, and the Big Kitties. My Dislikes: I LOVE wet food but do not like pate or mousse unless it has broth or meaty shreds on it I would do best in this type of home: I am a flexible, curious kitten and my foster mom thinks I can adapt to any type of household! I do love having other cats to play with though, and I'm not scared of big dogs (even when they are loud!) My foster mom would LOVE to see me be adopted with my sister, Gazpacho, because we love each other and keep each other busy so we don't get into trouble. Here's why you should adopt me: I am a snuggly but busy kitten! I will play hard with my foster mom and sister and then nap hard in your arms. I am a "people cat", not a "cat's cat", although I love my kitty friends! I am brave and will not hide from you. If you work from home, I would love to hang out with you all day! Chowder’s Adoption Fee is $200 ($325 to adopt the Soup Babies pair). Plan Eligibility: Foster to Adopt, or Adopt Later, as his adoption is not finalized until his neuter appointment early November. A 50% deposit toward his adoption fee will be required for these plans. To take the next steps with Chowder, complete our adoption application here: https://www.windsorkittens.org/adopt
