So far Ticky is doing well since his move from Feral room to gen pop. He is a calm cat now, but still will not allow touch. I can place my hand millimeters from his feet and he has no worries, just don't touch, he will back away or raise his paw to swipe. He would do good as an inside cat and may even come around to be able to pet eventually. If you are looking for a calm companion that does no have to be touched or snuggled right away (or ever), and have a quiet home, Ticky is your guy!The Haywood County Animal Services Adoption Center is located at 453 Jones Cove Road, Clyde, NC 28721.
