Fortunately, he was found by a good Samaritan and is being fostered at the moment. So Tigger is safe, but needs immediate adoption! This good hearted foster cannot keep Tigger much longer! This beautiful orange tabby just wants love and you can tell by his face that he is all about getting attention! He is about 3-4 years old, now fully vetted and ready to go!
