Meet Precious! This sweetheart is a teenager without all the mood swings. Precious has been with PAR since she was a tiny baby and honestly, she'll always a be a baby to us. She has a gentle, kind and loving personality. The only reason Precious is still with us is because the adoption events scare her so much. She gets overwhelmed with all of the noises and busyness of the events. She has been in the same foster home since arriving at PAR and we are so thankful Precious knows unconditional love. If given time in her new home to acclimate and get to know her new family and environment, she will make an incredible companion. She didn't care for being picked up and held early on but her foster hasn't given up. With patience and persistance, Precious has been allowing her foster to pick her up and hold her. Most recently, she approached her foster and snuggled with her. It's really something to celebrate!She has been around older children and enjoys the fosters grandaughter who is gentle with her. She's also used to other cats because she has seen so many come and go while in her foster home. She would love to have the same opportunity at a forever home with someone special that will allow her time to get to know them. If you meet Precious at an adoption event, don't let her nervousness fool you, she can't help it. With an approved application you can request a private meet and greet with her.
