LUNA fka Calliope is a stunning green-eyed long haired kitty looking for a furever home. She is a gentle, affectionate girl, who loves to be loved on. She's around 5 years old and 10 lbs. and is best suited to a quiet home where she will be showered with love. Luna came to the the rescue with a badly infected paw, the result of a severe bite wound that was left untreated. She required a great deal of veterinary TLC and we were worried she might require amputation but thankfully she has recovered and is using all 4 paws. She is not a fan of other kitties who want to play, probably a result of her injury, so she's best suited to a home where she will be an only child. All other pets in the home must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccines. We will not send cats to homes where they will be declawed, a harmful practice that can cause lifelong physical and behavioral problems. Kittens thrive in the companionship of other felines. Our kittens must go to homes with another friendly cat. Don’t have a cat yet? Adopt two kittens and double your fun.
