Description:
DOB: 4/2024 Meet Custard – The Goofy, Loveable Cartoon Cat! If you’ve ever wanted a cat that embodies pure, unfiltered joy (and maybe a little bit of slapstick comedy), Custard is your guy! He’s the kind of cat who watches a banana peel hit the ground, forgets about it, then slips on it two seconds later. Not dumb—just hilariously close. Custard approaches life with the same enthusiasm as a dog seeing their leash or a kitten discovering their tail for the first time. He finds everything exciting, from toys (which he proudly carries around in his mouth) to new people, to even the grumpiest of cats who don’t love him back (looking at you, Renee). He just wants to be everyone’s best friend, no matter the odds! This guy is so easy to entertain—it doesn’t take much to keep him happy. Spiral toys, pompoms, stuffed mice? He’s all in. A crinkly piece of paper? Amazing. A shoelace? Best. Day. Ever. He’s always down to play, always eager to explore, and always ready to purr up a storm. A few things to know about Custard: He’s chronically congested, which means he’ll forever have a little honk or oink to his breathing and the occasional surprise sneeze (we promise it just adds to his charm). He does great with other cats (even the ones that don’t appreciate his enthusiasm) and would likely do well with dogs after a proper introduction. He loves people, does fine being held (until he gets distracted), and would thrive in a big, busy home where he can be part of everything. Custard is the ultimate happy-go-lucky, silly, lovable guy—if you’re ready for a cat who will keep you entertained, shower you with affection, and maybe snot on your sleeve now and then, he’s your perfect match! neutered, vaccinated and tested for FIV/FeLV. **If interested in adopting me, please fill out an online adoption application at https://colonycats.org/adoption_app.html to expedite the process.
