Description:

Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love RescueSWEET AND INDEPENDENT Meow! My name is Gabriel. My estimated date of birth is 10/8/2021. I am a very sweet boy who likes to be petted. Once I am comfortable with you, I will follow you around like a dog. If you reach down to me, sometimes I'll jump up and headbutt your hand! I love when it is wet time and am very food, treat, and toy-motivated. I especially love laser pointers. I get along well with other cats and would do okay in a home with older, considerate children. When I first came into rescue I was very scared and unsure, and I would cower from people. With some TLC, I have since made great progress and I've realized that people aren't so bad! I am much more approachable now and will typically allow people to pet me. Sometimes, I even approach them! I do not like to be held, and would prefer petting instead. I am good with other cats. I am good with older children who are calm. I have never been around dogs. I am at the Kitty Corner, ready for my forever home!Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg - Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family! Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it. We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year. Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info. Be sure to check us out on Facebook at bit.ly/KittyCornerFB and "LIKE" our page and share our posts! SAVING ONE CAT MAY NOT CHANGE THE WORLD...BUT FOR THAT ONE CAT, THE WORLD CHANGES FOREVER!
