Betty Boop is a darling, little black & white female that came to us after being rescued off the streets of Philly at a housing project being demolished. It was so cold out so we were so glad to take her into the rescue to help her find a home. She is sweet, super playful & spunky! Loves to be pet and absolutely loved her feather wand toy!
