Philly is a gorgeous and sweet tabby that was put out on the street with her SEVEN kittens because her owners moved. She is a great momma and her babies are all super healthy - even after a few stressful days on the streets! Luckily she had an amazing neighbor who reached out and got the family some help and that landed them with us! Check out our Facebook and Instagram pages for more pictures and videos of our fosters!
