Male Cat, Domestic Short Hair

Domestic Short Hair / Mixed

Description:

Looking for a laid-back, affectionate buddy? Look no further than Rocky! This six-year-old neutered male is the definition of a gentle soul. With his calm and sweet nature, Rocky would love nothing more than to spend his days lounging by your side, nuzzling his adorable face against yours, or curling up in the crook of your arm. He sleeps so deeply that he sometimes kicks in his sleep while dreaming! Rocky has impeccable manners thanks to his years of experience living in a home. He’s fully litter box trained, easygoing, and loves being part of a cozy routine. While Rocky recently had one of his front legs amputated, he’s adapted wonderfully and doesn’t let it slow him down. He’s already mastered the art of hopping up and down from furniture with ease! Rocky does have a mild heart murmur which just means his new family will need to keep an eye on it with their veterinarian. It requires no special treatment at present, it’s just a good thing to be aware of as part of his health history. But don’t worry—this doesn’t stop him from being an expert snuggler and all-around healthy cat. Rocky would thrive in a calm home where he can be the center of your affectionate attention, but he may also enjoy the company of another gentle cat with a slow introduction. He’s great with children who are respectful of his space and would love a family who values his relaxed, serene personality. This resilient and loving tripod kitty is ready to bring endless love and warmth into your life. Are you ready to be Rocky’s forever snuggle buddy? Fill out an application today and come meet him—he’s waiting to steal your heart! Age: 6 years How I came to PAWS: Found Stray Animal ID#: A179021 I am not at the shelter.
