Meet Rudie - named for her 2 grey spots on her head that made me think of Rudolf the reindeer with antlers. She is one of 3 siblings rescued when she was about 7 weeks old (2 weeks after her 2 sisters were caught). A stray mama cat had the kittens under a koi pond. Rudie is the most apprehensive of the 3 siblings. She is all white with amber eyes... except for the 2 grey "antler" spots on her head. The grey on the head is a trademark with the siblings. Rudie loves to play with any cat that will play with her. She tries to snuggle up to 2 older male cats in the house and slowly wares them down to love her. Rudie will wait for her 2 sisters to cuddle up by foster mom before she deems it safe to venture over... but as soon as she joins she will use her words and tell you she's ready for love. As soon as you rub her bum she will fall over and let you rub her belly. Rudie is good around other cats, and submissive if an older cat is being aggressive towards her. With all her energy, Rudie would do best with another cat companion, and seems to really like the older cats but still plays with her kitten siblings. Rudie knows the word "treat" and the shake of the treat jar and will come running, but thinks it may be a trap so it takes her a minute to trust (probably because foster mom uses to the treats to round them up when they need to go to the vet). Foster mom has given kittens a bedtime around 8-9pm when they have to go into their bedrooms to unwind for the night. At meal times, Rudie waits for her sisters to eat first, then will come over when she knows it's safe and will allow pets while she eats. Rudie has started to find her words lately and loves to talk - it's more of a half chirp, half kitten purr. Rudie has more energy than her sisters, but is a big love bug once she knows she's safe.
